Ceremonial meeting of the BelNITsED labor team on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the enterprise

On September 18, 2023, a ceremonial meeting of the staff of the Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Documentation (BelNITsED) was held, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the enterprise.

In addition to BelNITsED employees, the meeting was attended by representatives of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, the Minsk city organization of the Belarusian trade union of workers of state and other institutions, heads of BelNITsED of different years, and veterans of the enterprise.

First Deputy Director of the Department Ledovskaya O.A. delivered a welcoming speech and congratulations on the anniversary on behalf of the Department.

Olga Aleksandrovna noted the important role of BelNITSED in the digitalization of the archival industry, the development of normative and methodological documents regulating archival work and office work in the Republic of Belarus in the field of electronic document management, in technical and information support of the industry’s information resources. For services to the industry and in connection with the anniversary, the company was awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Department.

The Chairman of the Minsk city organization of the Belarusian trade union of workers of state and other institutions, Vladimir Iosifovich Zubrik, congratulated the BelNITsED team on the significant date and presented, on behalf of the trade union leadership, Gratitude to the members of the primary trade union organization of BelNITsED E.O. Kukushkina and Khodina L.K. for active participation in the life of the trade union organization.

The first head of BelNITsED Nosevich Vyacheslav Leonidovich and his successor Prozorovich Yuri Eduardovich were included in the recently established Book of Honor of the enterprise. Certificates of this fact were solemnly presented to them by Deputy Director Andrey Anatolyevich Paplevka.

Then the awards ceremony for BelNITsED employees took place. Five employees were awarded Certificates of Merit from the enterprise, and the work of six was recognized with Gratitude.

The ceremonial part ended with a collective photo of the meeting participants on the steps of their native enterprise.

Our employees, young specialists and the head of the administrative and economic department, Vladimir Vladimirovich Kepet, who took an active part in preparing the event and the festive decoration of the hall and other premises of BelNITsED, deserve special gratitude.
