Lesson-lecture «The Great Patriotic War in Archive Documents»
As part of the Year of Historical Peace and Creation, the action «Archives-School» was held with the aim of popularizing the documents of the «Zonal State Archive in Slutsk» (hereinafter – the State Archive), ensuring an unbreakable historical connection and succession of generations of the Belarusian people, attracting interest to the historical heritage of our people, and the education of patriotism, through the study of the theme of the Great Patriotic War, the employees of the state archive conducted a lesson for students of the 6th grade of secondary school No.2 in Slutsk on the topic «The Great Patriotic War in the documents of the archive».
Also, as part of the event, a tour of the archives was organized for the students, where they could get acquainted with rare documents and learn how documents are stored.
