In the reading room of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Rechitsa» a stationary exhibition «Rebellious partisan family…» was opened

The exhibition is dedicated to the family of underground workers and partisans of the Khoiniki district Kazachuk – spouses Evgeny and Antonina in honor of the 115th anniversary of their birth (March 12 and May 22, respectively) and their son Rem. At the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, Yevgeny served as a political commissar in the Red Army, then, together with his wife and 11-year-old son, he was sent by the Central Committee of the CP (b) B to his native Khoiniki for subversive activities behind enemy lines. In June 1943, due to the persecution of the underground by the Nazis, the family went to the partisan detachment, and on August 4, Yevgeny Kazachuk died in battle with the invaders.

Antonina and Rem Kazachuk passed away in 2001.

The exposition of the exhibition consists of documents from the fund of personal origin of the Kazachuk family (No 698).
