Information hour with students of the educational institution «Mozyr State College of Geology» on the topic: «Sisters of Khatyn …»

On March 24, 2023, as part of the «Archives for School» campaign on the basis of the Mozyr Central District Library named after I. A.S. Pushkin, an information hour was organized with students (22 people) of the educational institution «Mozyr State College of Geology» on the topic: «Sisters of Khatyn …» (about the villages of the Polesye region, which suffered the fate of Khatyn).

The head of the department of information and use of documents of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Mozyr» – Domashkevich Elena Valentinovna held a thematic lesson with students in the form of a presentation, where archival documents about the burning of settlements in the Polessye region and photographs of monuments to burned villages were shown.
