Report meetings on the results of work in 2022 in republican archival institutions
From December 19 to 23, reporting meetings on the results of work in 2022 were held in the republican archival institutions.
Representatives of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus took part in the meeting. Meetings were also held in the format of video conferences.
On December 19, the head of the department of organizational work, information and use of documents G.S.Zholnerkevich and the head of the department of paperwork and formation of the national archive fund O.V.Zayanchkovskaya took part in the final meeting in the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art. On the same day, an online meeting was held in the editorial office of the journal «Archives and Records Management», in which M.M.Yelinskaya, the leading officer of the Department of Organizational Work, Information and Document Use, took part.
On December 20, the first deputy director of the Department O.A.Ledovskaya took part in a meeting held at the Belarusian Research Institute of Document Studies
and archival affairs, head of document security and state accounting A.V.Kochetkova – in the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation.
On December 21, the following participated in the meetings:
G.S.Zholnerkevich – in the Belarusian scientific research center of electronic documentation,
O.A.Ledovskaya – in the National Historical Archive of Belarus.
On December 22, the director of the Department V.I.Kurash took part in the meeting held by the National Archive of the Republic of Belarus, the deputy director of the Department A.E.Tsvetkov – in the Belarusian State Archive of Cinema and Photographic Documents, A.V.Kochetkova (on-line) – in the Republican Technical laboratory of microfilming of the insurance fund documentation.
On December 23, O.A.Ledovskaya took part (on-line) in a meeting held by the National Historical Archive of Belarus in Grodno, A.E.Tsvetkov – in the Central Laboratory of Microfilming and Restoration of Documents of the National Archive Fund of the Republic of Belarus.
At the meetings, reports on the work of archival institutions for 2022 were heard, the main indicators of activity were summarized, tasks for 2023 were identified, merits were noted and workers were rewarded for their work at the end of 2022.
