Online seminar «Topical issues of electronic document management and archival storage of electronic documents. Work with personal data» in the «Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Documentation»
On October 27, 2022, the state institution «Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Documentation» (hereinafter – BelNITsED) organized and conducted an online training seminar «Actual issues of electronic document management and archival storage of electronic documents. Working with personal data».
Speakers at the seminar:
• Zhuk Olga Yuryevna, Head of the Department of Methodology for Managing Electronic Documents of BelNITsED, Expert Practitioner;
• Krivoshey Dmitry Antonovich, scientific secretary of BelNICED, expert-practitioner;
• Ignatovich Diana Viktorovna, Intern Junior Research Fellow of the Department of Methodology for Managing Electronic Documents of BelNITsED, Expert Practitioner.
Within the framework of the seminar, legal and practical aspects of working with documents in electronic form, electronic documents within the framework of automated systems for document management, information systems of archives of organizations were considered; issues of digitization of documents on paper; as well as issues of organizing work with personal data in the information space.
Representatives of 18 organizations and enterprises took part in the online seminar, including JSC «ASB Belarusbank», Belarusian State University, Belarusian Chamber of Commerce, Republican Unitary Enterprise «Belorusneft», JSC «AMKODOR» and others. Upon completion of the training online seminar, each student received a certificate about participating in it.
