The State Archives of Minsk Region presented a historical documentary banner exhibition in the administration of the Partizansky District of Minsk

On 23 August 2022, the Administration of the Partizansky District of Minsk held a session «On the implementation of the Action Plan within the framework of the Year of Historical Memory». For the participants of the event the State Archives of Minsk Region presented a historical documentary banner exhibition «The genocide of the civilian population in the Minsk region during the Great Patriotic War. 1941-1945».

The documents presented at the exhibition testify to the inhuman crimes committed by the Nazis and their accomplices against the civilian population, who experienced all the hardships and horrors of the occupation regime. The historical and documentary exposition is compiled on the basis of acts of the Extraordinary State Commission for investigation of atrocities of the Nazi occupiers, and also testimonies of witnesses, special reports, reports of Party and Soviet bodies, conclusions of investigators and forensic medical experts.
