The Local State Archives in Kobrin holds an exhibition of documents “City streets: long, short, narrow, wide…” dedicated to the 735th anniversary of the city of Kobrin

Since July 12, 2022 the Local State Archives in Kobrin holds an exhibition of documents “City streets: long, short, narrow, wide…” to mark the 735th anniversary of the city of Kobrin. The documents on display reveal the history of naming new streets and lanes, which were formed during the emergence of new microdistricts in Kobrin in the Soviet and post-Soviet periods. They also tell the story of how the old names of streets and lanes from the Polish period were renamed to the new ones.
