Meeting with students of Minsk Theological Academy at the Belarusian State Archives-Museum of Literature and Art

On 6 April 2022, the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art (BGAMLI) was visited by 1st year master’s students of Minsk Theological Academy named after St. Cyril of Turov of the Belarusian Orthodox Church together with the professor, candidate of historical sciences, head of the department of church history and church practical disciplines Valentina Teplova.

The Director of the Archives-Museum Anna Zapartyko told the students about the history of creation and development of BGAMLI as the richest treasury of manuscript monuments and documentary sources on the history of national literature and art, and about its educational activities. During the meeting the students got acquainted with the unique collection of documents by Ivan Grigorovich. In particular, with the manuscript of the 2nd part of the collection “Belarusian Archive of Ancient Charters”.
