The Local State Archives in Glubokoe held a workshop with representatives of village councils of deputies and village executive committees of the Glubokoe district

On 24 March 2022, the Local State Archives in Glubokoe held a workshop with representatives of village councils of deputies and village executive committees of the Glubokoe district.

The event was held as part of the implementation of the joint decision of the Presidium of the Glubokoe District Council of Deputies and the Glubokoe District Executive Committee of November 15, 2021 No. 32/1224 “On ensuring preservation and arrangement of documents in the village councils of deputies and village executive committees of the Glubokoe district”. This document approved the working plan to eliminate deficiencies in record keeping and storage of documents in village councils of deputies and village executive committees of the Glubokoe district and their transfer to the State Archive for permanent storage.

The workshop was opened by Irina Batygina, department head of records management and formation of the National Archival Fonds. She analyzed the course of execution of the joint decree of the Presidium of the Glubokoe District Council of Deputies and the Glubokoe District Executive Committee No. 32/1224 of November 15, 2021.

Employees of the Local State Archives in Glubokoe Nella Romanchuk, leading archivist of records management and formation of the National Archival Fonds and Alina Yurgel, leading archivist of scientific and technical processing of documents, focused on the features of compiling and using the file plans, examined the issues of records appraisal and selection for permanent storage, the order of destruction of records with expired retention periods, analyzed the most common mistakes of institutions in the formation of file plans.
