On 17 September our country celebrates a new date in a series of memorable events in the history of our country – National Unity Day. And it is important to remember that this unity was preceded by a long and complicated process of nation-state building, which formed the unshakable foundations of the Belarusian statehood and national sovereignty resting on the understanding that we are all one people, we all have a common Motherland – the wonderful land of Belarus – and her future depends on us!
